and desserts daily as well as brunch from 12pm till 2pm at the weekend.
For brunch, the restaurant offers a selection of dishes such as Lobster Eggs Benedict or
Nutella & Raspberry Pancakes. In addition, Caramel London’s signature menu is
available for both lunch and dinner, listing a variety of dishes including sharing plates,
sushi, sliders and shellfish. The signature menu is the perfect flexible dining option, ideal
for sharing or tasting.
As well as this diverse and delicious food offering, Caramel London has a range of
signature cocktails and an extensive spirit list, all chosen by well-known hospitality
mixologist, Bryan Pietersen. Cocktails include the Brompton Garden made with Bombay
Sapphire infused with orange as well as Sweet Habibi created with Bacardi Blanca
infused with basil, Maraschino, lime and elderflower. In addition to the cocktails and
spirits, patrons will find a wide-ranged wine list available at Caramel London, specially
designed by Caramel’s General Manager, Edgar Lagassi and wine expert, Christopher
Cooper. From New World to Europe, the varied wine list features a dynamic array of
flavours to suit all tastes.
